What Medication Can I Take For Anxiety When I Want To Discontinue Klonopin?
I m taking .05 klonopin daily for anxiety. Prozac 10mg for 2wks and had a bad reaction so switched to Celexa. Started Celexa 10mg daily for anxiety in hopes to discontinue the klonopin. What is the likelihood that Buspar can help enough to discontinue the klon. Also ive been cutting the Celexa in half. Dr thinks im sensitive to SSRI. SAYS SNRI may worsen anxiety as it can be more excitory Also take propanolol for anxiety as needed.

Instead of Clonazepam, Etizolam can work, but you need to tread carefully as you better let your treating psychiatrist decide based on how you feel, and his clinical assessment.
