What Medication Can I Take For Yeast Infection As Diflucan Didn't Work?

I have a yeast infection which was coming on before my period and then became severe as soon as my period ended (3 days ago). Yesterday I took a diflucan 200mg as well as two doses of metro gel intravaginally (morning and bedtime). I had no relief by this morning so I took an additional diflucan. I felt somewhat better today after the second diflucsn but I am still concerned for this reason: my discharge is more runny than it normally is with a yeast infection and there are pink clumps in it. It smells yeasty so I still think there is a yeast infection but I'm wondering if something else is going on as well.
