Hi, i'm a 22 year old male with an uncomfortable question. recently it started being painful to urinate like sandpaper and then burning like fire. started day before yesterday and getting worse. small sores with a white center appeared around the head of my penis that hurt alot but itch at the same time. they seem to be spreading. sore to the touch and hard to urinate i'm worried i might have an infection or an std. please help
