General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms might be due to tension headache, classic migraine, a compression headache results from headbands, braids, hats, goggles and tight-fitting hair do etc., due to stress (as of your age) or excess usage of electronic gadgets or any refractive errors of eye.

I advise you to:
- Avoid exposure to light, noise etc.
- Avoid the underlying causes like compression factors, gadgets etc.
- Take analgesics like Naproxen and Triptans
- Relax yourself
- Have caffeine drinks
- Consult an ophthalmologist for your power check up done

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya Vasudevan, General & Family Physician
