What Medication Is Suggested For Liquid With Odour Coming From Ear Lobe?

I have a birth mark in my ear lobe of a little hole well sometime I feel this clear liquid come out and it smells bad , my uncle had the same problem and he actually had surgery he said it happens when we put pressure on our ears I never heard anything like this I want to find more info on this ?

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding a hole in your ear which on pressing gives out fluid which is having very bad smell.

According to your symptoms it appears as you are having preauricular sinus. This is a congenital defect and remians since birth. In some individuals it may remain asymptomatic and in others it may get infected and a fluid having very bad odour may come out of it.

As far as treatment is concerned it is only surgical and the operation named as surgical excision of sinus.
