General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to temporomandibular joint disorder.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the inflammation.
I also suggest using cold compresses at the joint to reduce the inflammation.
The draining ear is not related to the TMJ disorder.
It can be an ear infection which should be evaluated by an ENT specialist.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
