What Medication Is Suggested For Vaginal Tear?

I'm 33 year old female. Had sex with guy for first time in two years and had a vaginal tear. Thought it had healed, had sex again about 5 days later and felt it hurt again. Now, it appears there is a tear, or possibly I contracted his oral herpes down there from getting oral sex? I only have one sore there, not several, but I don't know if it is a tear or a lesion. Is it possible that a tear could take on the appearance of a lesion?
