Take a healthy homemade balanced diet rich in fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and whole grains can help manage ED. Avoid taking processed food, packaged food & fast food. Quit smoking and limit alcohol intake. Maintain healthy weight, do regular walking and exercises. It helps better blood circulation and hence ED. Get connected to a Physical therapist for
pelvic floor exercises and Kegel exercises.
