Hello,

To fix erectile dysfunction, the cause needs to be treated. Testosterone replacement therapy will help if your testosterone is low. Causes like anxiety, stress (emotional or physical) or depression are treated with medicines, psychotherapy and counselling. Quit smoking and limit alcohol intake. Diet matters, take food that boosts your testosterone level.

Take a healthy homemade balanced diet rich in fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and whole grains can help manage ED. Avoid taking processed food, packaged food & fast food. Quit smoking and limit alcohol intake. Maintain healthy weight, do regular walking and exercises. It helps better blood circulation and hence ED. Get connected to a Physical therapist for pelvic floor exercises and Kegel exercises.

Strength training exercises also help to improve ED, doing squats and lunges improve overall muscle tone and blood flow. Taking medicines, like sildenafil (Viagra) or tadalafil (Cialis) effectively help improve ED. Your problem should get improved by taking medicines and by strictly following a healthy lifestyle.

However, if the symptoms persist, you are advised to get clinically examined by a Urologist as you may need certain injections (into the base or side of the penis) or recommended vacuum erection devices. If medications are not working, surgery may be considered for penile implants.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
