Hello,

Since you are trying for a baby, you are advised to wait for a couple of days. If you do not get periods, then you should repeat pregnancy test with the first morning mid-stream urine. You are advised to get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get per vaginal examination done to detect bulky uterus. You're treating gynecologist will get you an USG done to confirm pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy or any other pathology.

You will be treated accordingly. In case you are not pregnant, you will have to go through a few more blood & imaging tests to detect anemia, PCOS, hormonal problems, thyroid problems, stress, excess weight gain or loss, etc. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected that is causing you symptoms. Take home-made food rich in minerals and protein. Take quality sleep.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
