What Medicine Could Be Taken For Suffering With Anal Fissure And Blood In Stool?

i am suffering with anal fissure and blood comes from stool i am using sucral ano cream is it useful or not or any other ointment should i apply suggest me. YYYY@YYYY pls also advice me what i should take to avoid bleeding at bowel movements

Increase water and fiber intake to soften the stools and promote regularity. over the counter stool softener a can be used temporarily as needed. The key is to avoid constipation and allow the area to heal. Surgery can sometimes be helpful if the above does not work.
