Wanted to ask some question
1. For how long he is been suffering from Loose stools?
2. How many times a day he has to go to toilet, does he have only urge to go to toilet or passes stools every time?
3. What is the consistency of stools? Are they watery, bloody, semisolid or do they contain mainly undigested food?
4. Do Diarrheal episodes occur during sleep also?
5. Is there any weight loss associated with diarrhoea?
6. Any history of fever?
7. Is there any history of backache or abdominal cramps associated with diarrhoea?
8. What is the life style of your husband, is there any tension which is affecting his routine and social life?
9. What medicine he is been taking and what disease he already have been diagnosed with any investigations done for record?
10. Any history if tuberculosis contact in the family?
11. Any history of procedures or surgeries done in the past?
12. Also does the diarrhea occurs in relation to any food? As some people are allergic to gluten and lactose found in wheat and milk respectively.

After all these queries I will be able guide you in proper direction..

Now coming to your another question

1. For how long have u been married?
2. Do you have any children?
3. Are you pregnant Right Now?
4 Any history of miscarriages or stillbirths since you have been married?

For Now Problem number 1:
I will recommend you to use probiotics, yougurt, in addition Mebeverine 135 mg(colofac) 15 minutes before each meal.
also will advise CBC, LFTs, Stool Detailed Examination. stool for occult blood, U/S abdomen and pelvis, Colonoscopy and biopsy to rule out other potential causes. Consider taking gluten free and lactose free diet.

Now coming to your problem number 2:
I will suggest for your husband to have semen analysis done and have appointment with sexologist...
I find this answer helpful
