I have twins fefmale of 3 months olds from last 3 days they are suffering with loose motions with blood kindly advice

If there is presence of bright red blood in the stool it means they have an intestinal infection and they need antibiotics for the treatment. Do not take it lightly and take them to a paediatrician for suitable antibiotic. Till then continue with plenty of breast milk.
