Hi,

I have gone through your query.
The problem you have mentioned here is suggestive of ingrown hairs. These are common in the area which has be shaved or waxed. Due to infection these become pustules. The simplest and most effective way to prevent ingrown hairs is to abstain from shaving. If not, Don't allow too much force by the razor, as i will cut hairs deeper to dermis.
Apply ointment containing salicyclic acid to area once pustules have disappeared. Start a course of Doxycycline 100 mg twice daily again.

Do consider a positive feedback as a credit to my work. Let me know if you have any further questions.
