What Medicine To Take For Stools With Mucous And Blood Clots?

I am having blood streaked stools, with mucous, blood clots, watery substance.. my fecalysis result shows: pus cells : 0-3 rbc: too numerous to count bacteria: ++++ but no ova / parasite seen. what does it mean? and what medicine should i take? thanks.
