What Medicines Can I Take For Vomiting And Heart Burn During Pregnancy?

I am 38 +2 weeks pregnant and have started vomiting due to my lil one needing more space ( i suspect )(as well as bad heart burn and back hurting), my throat really hurts now when i swallow and i was wondering what would help thats safe for me to take.

You are having gastritis.. Avoid taking oral iron preparations.. You can take antacid syrup 2-3 times a day after meals..
