Hi. Hope you feelfine. First you have to know that these symptoms wont last longer than first trimester. So, the best way is to avoid taking pills during pregnancy and try to avoid vomiting by drinking small quantities of liquid and water for several times during the day. Because, if you drink larg amount of water that will cause nausea and vomiting. Second, eat what you want to eat. Do not eat uf you are not hungry. The embryo is too small so it can be fed up by your body reserve. There is a theory that vit B helps in this this case. Also there are pills like chewing gum, which help you avoiding the nausea, like Dossil Plus for example.
