Hi,

Nowadays, a ringworm infection is spread very widely. And the dermatophyte is strongly resistant to many antifungal drugs.

So, I prefer to give multiple antifungal tablets in combination. You may take a cap. Itraconazole along with tab. Fluconazole. Antihistaminics like Cetirizine to relieve itching. Apply Sertaconazole cream on affected areas. Do not use soap while bathing. Dettol liquid may be used few drops in the bucket. Improve hygiene and immunity. Keep the area dry. Wear formal cotton cloths. Take treatment a few months more after curing of the disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
