yes it can produce infertility,for eg.if it is intramural or submucous it can prevent implantation ,if it is cornual it may produce tubal block hence infertility.but now a days it is not a serious problem.treatment of choice is laparoscopic myomectomy(removal of fibroid).first you have to consult a good gynec laperoscpic surgeon with your scan result
