What Mental Exercises Do You Suggest For Improving My Memory?
i forgot frequently. like just now i keep something and the very next moment i forgot and keep on hunting here and there. this is also posing several problems in my daily life. i am looking for some mental exercises that can help me to solve the issue. some good suggestions will also be of huge help
you should be practicing relaxation and deep breathing 5-10 minutes, three times a day in a closed room and no one should disturb you.
Playing sudoku, and chess also helps in improving memory functioning..
if possible, try to do exercise / jogging, and keep out of stress...it's not that your memory is weak, but you have so many things going on in your mind at all the time that you are unable to concentarte properly- resulting in forgetfulness...
So, try to follow the above points and get well!
