hey sorry to bug you but my back, neck and shoulders have been hurting for a while now. Initially, I didn t think anything of it but now my chest really hurts and breathing in causes a lot of pain. I find myself being tired and getting headaches more often and the pain is gradually getting worse. Furthermore, I find myself becoming out of breath very easily and often find it hard to breathe at times. It s really bad right now but I don t have a clinic nearby that I can go to, what should I do? and do you have any idea what might be causing these symptoms?
