What Must I Do About Agitation And Restlessness In An Infant After Administering An Extra Dose Of Betanoid?

Hi I have a 7 month old son , our family gp prescribed him betanoid 2.5ml 2x daily and ranceph suspension 2ml 3x daily , i had mistakenly give him betanoid 3x today ( 3rd dose around 20:30 ) he showed signs of restlessness and agitation for a while then it stopped , should i take him to the hospital or wait for him to pass it out?
