What Must I Do About Nausea And Intermittent Head Pain Post Several Hits To The Head During An Assault?

I got hit in the head a lot a couple days ago due to assault I’ve been feeling really bad nausea and pain in my head that comes and goes away it feel like a pinch I am worried I went to the we the day of the incident they did a crazy scan and said everything was fine there was no skull fractures they said but I am still worried

After getting several hits on head, to have repeated nausea and headache needs to be investigated by CT scan. Please get emergency care after needful investigations, to treat head injury.
