Hello,
Rough penetrative sex or penetrative sex in a dry vagina (lack of lubrication) can cause rashes and
bruise on the penis. You can apply
Soframycin ointment on it for relief. However, it can also occur because of
allergy to female secretions, use of latex condoms that cause allergy in some, infection (STI) or being diabetic.
If diabetic, control your blood sugar level at all cost. Get
STD tests done to stay on the safer side. If tests reports come positive, you will be treated with antibiotics or antivirals, depending on the diagnosis made. Get clinically examined by a
urologist, get urine analysis (R/E and C/S) done to detect UTI or any other pathology that is causing symptoms. You will be treated accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
