Hi I have sinus infection for many years, got serratia marcescens in multiple sinus cultures, it is susceptible to ciprofloxacin and sulfas, however I am allergic to sulfas, went to ID MD and they think the lesions I get inside my nose are not serratia, but this is an ongoing problem and I do take plaquenil for RA. Is getting worst, For how long should I take cipro?

I get diarrhea easily with antibiotics, I have IBS diarrhea very bad.
