What Needs To Be Avoided As I Have Vestibular Neuronitis?
I was diagnosed with vestibular neuronits and have had it for 12 months now. I have just started vestibular rehabilitation training with a physical therapist. I m just wondering if I will ever be able to do things that I once loved to do like riding rollercoasters? It just seems like this will never be cured and I m losing hope quite fast.
Don't worry it may subside slowly. Continue anti inflammatory medication, anti edema measures. In some people it may take time. Use cap becosules once a day for five days. Do regular exercise and yoga. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
