Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Swallowing difficulty may be seen in Friedrich's ataxia.

Also, may present with slurring of speech and choking.

Still many symptoms are there.

Get examined for gene typing and oral examination with endoscopy.

Please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
