What Other Options Are There To Treat Partial Hysterectomy Instead Of Surgery?

Yes I have a 20 week enlarged uterus and pressure and cramping that seems to never stop. My Dr. seems quite slow and uninterested in scheduling a partial hysterectomy it is upsetting me. Is there anything I can do aside from pharmaceuticals for pain and shrinkage while im waiting for him to get a surgery set up?

Hello and welcome,

I understand the issue.
I am sorry to say that no drugs will shrink a 20 weeks uterus. However you may try drugs like Gn Rh agonists, progesterones after consulting your doctor.

I am sorry but their efficacy for a 20 weeks uterus is debatable. So you will just have to wait till the surgery.

Hope this satisfies your query.
