What Other Tests Should Be Done To Nullify Chances Of Any STD?

Dear doctors,
this is male from mumbai, India
this is with reference to my last exposure unprotected oral sex & protect vaginal sex with sex worker its been almost 52 days now i have taken following test.
1.HIV antibodies 1& 2 rapid test after 10 days - negative
2.HIV Antibodies by elisa after 21 days - Negative
3. p-24 antigen after 27 days - negative
4.Hiv antibodies by elisa -negative,Ausantigen-negative,VDRL-Non Reactive
5.HIV DUO-Non reactive,HIV1RNA PCR-not Detected after 42 days.

My questions is here do u think i need any further testing regarding HIV & how accurate is these test @ that period?

Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic.

As far as HIV is concerned you are probably safe and therefore require no further testing. Your earlier tests were antibody based and they are not reliable since patients may not develop antibodies at less than 4 weeks; therefore they might give a false negative result.
However, HIV DUO test is reliable at 4 weeks onwards and HIV PCR RNA is a considered to be reliable at 2 weeks onwards.
Since, in your case HIV DUO and HIV PCR RNA has came back as negative at 42 days (i.e 6 weeks), therefore that certainly rules out HIV. Moreover negative test for P 24 antigen at 4weeks is also reliable.
