What Precaution Should Be Taken For Shortness Of Breath, Weight Gain And Diabetes?

I am having shortness of breath with wheezing, reduction of urine, have gained about 10 pounds in a week and can not have triple bypass because of location of calcium deposits too close to the heart, and can not do stints because of this. I am also diabetic
