What Precaution Taken After Falling Down?

My baby was walking and he fell down on his had, his forehead and his nose is scratched , he was acting normal,he was crying little bit then he was fine.I stopped the bleeding and I give him Taylanol for pain.Before he when to sleep he got fiver .100.3 , I m worried what should I do ? He is sleeping now .

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. I understand your concern. First be reassured that your kid is normal. I will suggest you danger signs of head injury -
1. Vomiting continuously
2. Seizures
3. Watery of bloody discharge from ears and nose
4. Unconsciousness
5. Altered sensorium or behaviour.
If none of them are present, I don't think you should worry about his trivial head injury. For pain you can give oral Paracetamol in the dose of 15mg/kg/dose every 4-6th hourly.
