Hi welcome to healthcaremagic. I have gone through your question. In 1st trimester placenta posterior and reaching upto internal os is stage that should be closely watched. Take strict bed rest, do utrasound scan after 15 days as uterus getting enlarge placenta gradually slides upwards. Posterior placenta reaching upto internal os is closely monitored under gynecologist. Hope i answered your question. Would be happy to help you further. Take care.
