General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
thanks for using health care magic

As your wife did take the anti D serum, there is not much to do again than to repeat the serum when she in labor or within 72hours after delivery.

Anti D is effective in preventing iso-immunisation of the mother to produce antibodies against the Rhesus D antigens found in the child.

Get her antiD serum ready when ever she puts to birth. Even in the event where she sustains a miscarriage, she should take antiD.

Best regards
Dr Achuo
