Hello and welcome, You seem to have repeated preterm births. Encirclage is a good options and maybe the last one aborted as they were twins. I also suggest that you get a complete evaluation for other possible reasons for this like autoimmune conditions like SLE or APL, TORCH and syphilis or hormone issue like thyroid dysfunction. Also a vaginal infection evaluation as it leads to preterm births. If a cause is found get it treated first. Get en encirclage in the next pregnancy and use drugs like duphaston and proluton from early pregnancy. Later use of drugs like isoxsuprine to prevent preterm pains also helps.
