What Precautions To Be Taken For High Billirubin, SGPT And SGOT Levels?

My son 15 yrs old suffered from viral infection on July 30, 2014. He used to have fever 96 to 103 degree Celsius. After one week was on drip and had elevated levels of s Billirubin 3.0, SGPT 2875, After 3 days with IV nova quinine his temperature was controlled S billirubin was 4.3, SGPT 1500, SGOT 1075 and after 5 days the respective levels were 4.4, 292 & 90. As on today his eyes are not yellow. Till yesterday his eyes were somewhat redish.What are the precautions to be taken?

Dear friend, now your son is looking in recovery phase and his Hepatitis is improving. Important thing that you should be aware is proper followup and diet.
Strictly avoid fatty and oily food. Diet should be rich in carbohydrates like Cereals, Dry fruits , Patato etc. You can give glucose frequently.
Repeat SGPT and SGOT after one week.
