What Prognosis Is Recommended For One With Flu, Sinus And Chest Infection?

For the last four months I have had flu, several chest infections, sinus infections and shingles. I can barely get through a week without getting sick again. I am an asthmatic (usually under control) and have Hashimoto and recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. I ve had nine lots of various antiobiotics and each time I get sick I seem to be worse. Currently I am on nebuliser every few hours. I am usually fit and healthy and enjoy a busy and active lifestyle. Should I see a specialist and if so what sort of sp CIA list should I see. I feel I need to control of my life again.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The current symptoms indicate possible need of consulting an expert pulmonologist and provide further management guidelines in details.

Till that time continue current medications, deep breathing exercises and YOGA which will prove very major role in the recovery.

Thank you.
