What Prognosis Is Recommended For This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result?
I just had a pelvic ultrasound. They found a 5.4 cm complex cystic mass on the left. I had a hysterectomy but they are saying it is on my ovary. They only pain I am having is down my left leg. Could it be on a nerve causing me pain? Should I have surgery?

Consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated. It is better to go for surgical removal as the size is quite large.
