What Relieves The Running Nose, Cough And Fever In A 10 Month Old?

My son has completed 10 months now and his teeth started coming 1 week back. Suddenly he is having running nose, cough, fever, loose motion. He was very active and now although he wants to move around due to his tiredness not able to move as fast as he wants. What can I do

I would also like to know duration of the symptoms.
For above symptoms we can start with syp. monticope 5ml at night, syp. ventorlin.
Antibiotics should be started if advised by the local physician in view of infection.
