What Remedy Is Suggested For Frequent Sneezing?

I have been sneezing a lot today, every 30 minutes or so, I sneeze. Once in a while I cough, like when I breathe in for a while, it would kind of hurt. My right nostril is hurting a little bit, on a scale from 1-10, it'd be like a 4. I'm scared and I don't know what to do to stop my sneezing...

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that persistent sneezing is die to allergic reaction to some unknown allergen and it is causing irritation to nasal mucosa and it is leading to sneezing..
Irritation in throat can lead to bouts of cough..
Common allergens are pollen, animal danders, dust mites, certain grassses, trees etc.
I would suggest you to take anti allergics like Levocetrizine or Benadryl..
You can put Steroid nasal spray..
Do steam inhalation..
In case if the symptoms does not improve consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like allergic testing if allergy is suspected can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
