What Remedy Should Be Taken To Prevent Crackling Sound When Using Stairs In A Teenager?

Hello doctor, My daughter age is 13and she is 41 kgs of weight. Her height is 5 feet 4 inches. She is a dancer. She is getting a crackling sound when she is climbing abd getting down from upstairs and she dont have any pain. Please suggest what kind of remedies shoild i take to prevent this

The sounds are secondary to snapping of the ligaments of the spine and are harmless,they do not cause any problem.This is a physiological phenomenon which will gradually settle down as she ages and her weight increases.
