What Safe Birth Control Measures Apart From Copper T ,pills Or Condoms Can One Use After Delivery ?

I am having 4 month old baby.i am not interested to use copper T or condoms.i am scare of using medicines as it cause many side effect .pls suggest any best method for birth control .still now i dont have periods after delivery

this period is most vulnerable for pregnancy. you don't know when you started ovulating, you can caught in pregnancy after sexual intercourse.
IF YOU DON'T WANT TO USE COPPER 'T' or condom or any medicine, then there are only few methods remains.
one is safe period:it is useful only if you are having regular cycle.In this method we advise to avoid intercourse around the period of ovulation.i.e. three days before & three days after ovulation.Ovulation usually takes place on 14th daY of normal cycle.
2nd method is coitus interuptus:in this method we advise the male partner not to ejaculate inside the vagina.As soon as male partner feels that now he is going to have ejaculation,he should withdraw penis from vagina & should ejaculate outside vagina but in this method there remains chances that semen sometimes spills around vagina & female may get pregnancy.
