What Shall Be The Dieting For Stomach Upset?

my boyfriend woke up tonight with severe stomach pain ran to the bathroom and started throwing up. he complained about not being able to poop and that his stomach was hurting in his lower abdamon. he refuses to eat the crackers i set out adn drink water whats wrong?

He seems to have an 'upset stomach' which needs to be treated with medicines. These include an antibiotic as well as probiotics, both of which your doctor will need to prescribe to you. He may also need medicine to manage the vomiting. As regards diet, give him simple and bland food. Usually simple daals, boiled rice and yoghurt are neutral foods which do well. If he is not hungry do not force him to eat. He also needs to be well hydrated so coconut water, fruit juice or ORS will help. Consult your doctor soon.
