What Should I Do About A Severe Case Of Head Lice Along With Burning Sensation From Open Sores?

I have a question,I have a severe case of head lice,so I went to the hospital,and got treatment,but,the pain,and burning was still there,so I went today,and got all my hair cut off, now I have open sores on my scalp, I applied some camamile lotion to my scalp,it s just burning,

Hello,

You can apply ointment Soframycin to relieve burning pain. Mupirocin ointment is equally good to heal the open sores and prevent infection. Do not touch or scratch. Take bath regularly and take care of your hygiene. Clean the scalp with antibacterial soap. To get rid of pain, you can take Acetaminophen or Naproxen when needed. You can take a course of antibiotics like Augmentin so that the sores heal faster. Keep your blood sugar level in control for better and faster healing.
