What Should I Do About A Small Fibroid, And Intermittent Brown Spotting At 15 Weeks Pregnancy While Having Hypothyroidism?

Hello Doctor, My age is 32 and I conceived naturally. I have under control hypothyroidism and one very small anterior wall uterine fibroid. I am currently 15 weeks 4 Days pregnant. In 13 week 3 days mild brown coloured bleeding I faced for one time, then two-three times I had brown coloured blood spotting. That time it last for 2 days. I was prescribed by Doctor for Augmentin Duo 625 for 5 days and Pause 500 ( 2 Tabs at a time). But now again in 15 weeks 3 days I got brown coloured blood spotting 3-4 times. Again my Doctor repeat same medicines and along with that She prescribed Duvadilan Retard 40 daily once. She is suspecting that I have low lying placenta. Since 5 weeks of my pregnancy I am taking Folic acid, progesterone support and Dhuphastone Tablet. After 14 weeks, She added Ecosprin 75. Now you please suggest me, what to do?
