Hello, You are advised to wash it with clean water. Apply gentle pressure on the pinched area with a tissue paper to stop it from bleeding. Apply cold compress, ice or ice pack on the area affected. It will help to reduce bleeding. Take acetaminophen, one stat after food to help reduce inflammation, swelling, soreness and pain. Bleeding should stop after some time. In case, bleeding does not stop and continues, you are advised to visit ER, get clinically examined by a GP / health care provider to detect any internal injury or trauma. If internal trauma or injury is suspected, you will have to get done few required tests, urinalysis, imaging tests, etc. so that treatment can be started at the earliest. Take care.
