You are suggested to take fiber rich food and adequate amount of water and fluids to help better bowel movement. You are suggested to avoid taking red meat, processed food, processed grains, fatty food, as they trigger
constipation. Avoid taking high FODMAP food, milk and dairy products and alcohol, they cause constipation.
You are suggested to take fruits, veggies, berries, pulses, whole wheat bread, cereals and pasta. Avoid refined flour. Take papayas (raw / ripe), prunes, olive oil and probiotics to get rid of constipation. Exercise daily, take high fiber supplements, stool softeners, lubricants and stimulants like
Bisacodyl.
