Your symptoms are indicative of infection or ear wax build up. Get clinically examined by an ENT, get all required tests and investigations including audiometry tests done. Such symptoms can also be caused by eustachian tube dysfunction, inner ear problems like vestibular neuritis, infections like (otitis media or externa) can cause pain and various sensations.
You will be treated with ear drops, antibiotics, analgesics, etc. Hearing aid is given if required. Your treatment will depend on the underlying medical condition diagnosed. Surgery is recommended only when there is no response to the treatment being given. To get rid of pain you can take analgesic, one stat after food.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
