Hello,

If there are signs of significant changes (such as increased sagging or pain), it's worth consulting with your surgeon. At present you can massage the scrotum with a mild moisturizer or vitamin E oil, it can help improve circulation and potentially improve skin elasticity over time.

However, you should avoid massaging aggressively. Dry skin can contribute to reduced elasticity. Use a gentle, non-irritating moisturizer on the scrotal area to keep it hydrated. Avoid using harsh soaps or skincare products that could cause irritation. Taking healthy diet can improve skin elasticity. Take homemade food rich in collagen production. It can be supported by consuming a diet rich in vitamin C, zinc, and protein.

Doing pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) may help strengthen the muscles in the area, potentially offering more support to the scrotal tissue over time. Consult a surgeon as there are surgeries that can help tighten the scrotal skin like scrotal tightening with laser, Scrotoplasty (Scrotal lift), etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
