What Should I Do About My Stomach Pain And Vomiting Purple-black Strands After Taking Doxycycline?

Im 38 year old female. Iv been having stomach pain since 2days on my left upper side and I can feel the gas move around but not come out. I took mset 4 yesterday felt better. Since yesterday I m having only black tea with toast. But today morning I had same and had doxy 1Ldr forte and immediately threw up a few purple black strands along with the food I had eaten. Please help and tell me what to do. I feel a bit better now after throwing but not confident enough about my health

Hello,

Your symptoms are indicative of kidney stones, pancreatitis, kidney stones and infection, problems with the spleen, gut problems, pain coming from the aorta, etc. Get clinically examined and assessed by a GP, get required blood tests, ultrasound, CT, MRI, endoscopic ultrasound, stool examination, urinalysis, etc., done. You will be treated with pain medication, IV fluids and recommended surgery if required. In the meantime, take PPIs, one stat to get rid of stomach pain.
