Hello,
Avoid heavy lifting as heavy lifting might have caused a strain or hernia affecting nearby structures. Minimize strenuous physical activity that may worsen symptoms. Reduce
masturbation and allow time for recovery to avoid worsening of symptoms. Excessive masturbation may irritate the urethra or penile tissues or even cause trauma.
Such symptoms may also be caused by inflammation of the prostate gland, often triggered by infection or stress. Get clinically examined by a
Urologist. Get required tests like
urinalysis and blood tests done to detect infections or inflammation. Get done imaging tests (e.g.,
ultrasound) to detect hernia or any other underlying medical condition.
Your will be given conservative treatment or recommended surgery if required. You should keep yourself well hydrated to avoid urinary discomfort. Limit spicy foods, caffeine, and alcohol, which can irritate the bladder and prostate.
Avoid stress (physical or emotional) as it can exacerbate muscle tension in the pelvic area. Manage stress & do relaxation exercises. To get relieve from pain you can take pain relieving medications like
Acetaminophen or Combiflam. It will give you temporary relief.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
