What Should I Do About Pain Radiating From The Elbow To The Forearm And Bicep?

a week ago or so I strained my elbow moving some furniture. I tried to treat with ice when it happened. Later in the week, the pain seemed to move more to the forearm instead of the elbow. Tonight the pain moved to my biceps when I was batting playing baseball. Oddly enough, the pain in the elbow and forearm seem to have vanished. what kind of injury could this be?

Hello,

Your symptoms are related to a sprained muscle or tendinitis. There is no reason to panic. I recommend avoiding playing baseball for a couple of weeks and taking Ibuprofen for the pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
